We do not accept any refund's, cancelations or returns after your order has been placed as you are ordering a custom product made specifically for you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with any damages or issues in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please provide a picture of the damaged item. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
